1. Platform Nature
CarJR is an intermediary matching platform that connects customers with car dealerships. CarJR does not handle payments, process financing, or make financial decisions. All pricing, trade-in valuation, financing approval, and contracts are handled directly between you, the dealer, and any financing company outside of this platform.
2. Your Use of the Platform
By using CarJR, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for connecting with dealerships. You are responsible for all interactions and transactions that occur outside the app with dealers or financing companies.
3. Data Sharing
When you submit a request, your information is shared only with the dealer you select. CarJR does not sell your personal information.
4. Platform Limitations
CarJR is not responsible for:
- Accuracy of dealer listings or vehicle descriptions
- Quality or condition of vehicles
- Financing decisions by dealers or financing companies
- Contracts or transactions between you and dealers
- Disputes arising from off-platform transactions
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying dealer information, conducting due diligence, understanding all agreement terms, and complying with applicable laws.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Platform Availability
We strive to keep CarJR available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarJR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or any off-platform transactions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
